You can learn a lot about a business when you are a repeat customer. We use Kevin for our work fleet and I've been doing business with him for 5 years. I don't know how the other places nearby stay in business with Kevin around. His prices are better than his competitors and he doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. I cant say enough good things about Kevins Automotive! I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I recently brought my Jeep in for a coolant leak, and Kevin (the owner) personally took the time to explain what needed to be done. Thankfully, my vehicle was still under warranty, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally. Just today, I stopped by because I was worried that my steering wheel felt too soft. Instead of brushing me off or trying to upsell unnecessary repairs, Kevin took the time to test drive it himself and reassured me that everything was normal and working as it should. That kind of honesty is rare. I truly believe that at another shop, someone might have taken advantage of my concern.
