As our shop is quite small yet busy, we request customers drop off their vehicle for diagnostics / repairs. We do not have availibility for waiting for diagnostics / repairs to be completed.
For oil change / tire rotation appointments, we can allow a window to wait with the vehicle for the maintenance to be completed, but it must be requested at the time of scheduling.
